From age 3 to advanced athletes, we have a tumbling class for everyone! Our program offers a fun, safe, and supportive environment where athletes can learn new skills while building fitness, self-esteem, and confidence. Classes are leveled to ensure safe, steady progression through fundamental and advanced tumbling skills, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, tucks, layouts, and fulls. Whether you’re just starting out or perfecting elite skills, our experienced coaches will help you reach your goals and have a blast along the way!

Mini Mesas

Mini Mesas

Join our Mini Mesas and experience the excitement of cheer in a fun, supportive environment! This 8-week program is perfect for beginners and young athletes ages 3–12 looking to learn the fundamentals of cheerleading. Athletes will practice stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance, all while building confidence and teamwork skills. The season wraps up with a special performance for family and friends—complete with a team t-shirt and bow. No experience required—just bring your energy and smile!

Get ready to run, jump, climb, and flip your way through our exciting Flippin’ Ninjas program! Designed for boys and girls ages 5+, this high-energy class combines elements of obstacle course training, tumbling, agility drills, and strength building. Athletes will develop balance, coordination, and confidence while tackling challenges in a fun, safe environment. Perfect for kids who love to move, explore, and push their limits—no experience needed, just a spirit for adventure!
